CakePHP

Hard to say it better than the creators themselves:

CakePHP is a rapid development framework for PHP that provides an extensible architecture for developing, maintaining, and deploying applications. Using commonly known design patterns like MVC and ORM within the convention over configuration paradigm, CakePHP reduces development costs and helps developers write less code.

I’ve only recently started using Cake actually, but I’m becoming a big fan of it.  I’ve used the Zend Framework for a few projects, but so far I’m liking Cake better.  What can I say, Cake is just yummier!
